About Woodrafter WRF-6006 Fluted Wall Panel by Eurolam

Woodrafter WRF-6006 is a fluted (louver) wall panel by Eurolam, made from HDPS using recycled plastic, so you get a wood-effect accent wall without cutting a single tree.

The panel is 250 mm wide, 20 mm thick, with a 30 mm profile as shown in the drawing. Its wider profile covers more wall per panel, so large walls go up faster with fewer joints.

Panels interlock: each one is screwed along its lower edge and the next panel overlaps it, so the screws stay hidden and the wall looks seamless. Fix them over aluminium channels or a plywood base.

Being HDPS, it is moisture-proof, rot proof and bug-free, does not warp, is non-toxic and odourless, and is light enough to handle easily. Use it for TV units, living room and bedroom feature walls, wainscoting, hotels, offices and banquet halls.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size is the Woodrafter WRF-6006 panel?

It is 250 mm wide, 20 mm thick, with 30 mm flute spacing. The profile drawing on this page shows the exact shape.

How are Woodrafter fluted panels installed?

Fix aluminium channels or a plywood base to the wall, screw the first panel along its lower edge, overlap the next panel on it and repeat. The screws stay hidden under each panel.

Can these panels be used in damp areas?

Yes. They are HDPS, so they are moisture-proof and rot proof, which makes them suitable for humid rooms where wood or MDF panels would swell.
