ACP Sheets
Aluminium composite panels for a sleek, modern elevation. Flat, rigid and lightweight, in solid, metallic, wood and stone finishes. Built for building facades, shopfronts, columns and signage.
Overview
About ACP Sheets
ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) is made of two thin aluminium skins bonded to a core, usually polyethylene (PE) or a fire-retardant mineral-filled core (FR). The result is a sheet that is very flat, rigid and light, which is why it is the most common material for modern commercial facades and shopfronts.
Exterior ACP is finished with a PVDF coating that holds its colour for years in harsh sun, while polyester-coated sheets are used indoors. Panels are routed, folded into trays and fixed on an aluminium frame for a crisp, joint-lined facade.

FAQs
Common Questions
PE-core ACP has a polyethylene core and is economical for low-rise and interior work. FR-core ACP has a fire-retardant mineral-filled core and is the right choice where fire safety rules apply, such as commercial and high-rise buildings.
For outdoor use choose 4 mm ACP with a PVDF coating. It resists UV and weather far better than polyester-coated sheets, which are meant for interiors.
An aluminium frame is fixed to the wall, and the ACP is cut, routed and folded into trays that are fixed to the frame. The joints are either left open (dry system) or sealed with silicone (wet system).
Price depends on the core (PE or FR), coating, thickness, finish and the framing work. Share your elevation drawing or wall sizes on WhatsApp for a quote with installation.
