3D CNC Doors
Precision-carved artistry. Our 3D CNC doors are routed by computer-controlled machines to millimetre accuracy — deep geometric, floral and jaali patterns that hand carving simply cannot repeat, finished in PU Duco or natural wood polish.
Why 3D CNC
Carved by Machine, Finished by Hand
A CNC router follows a digital file, so every curve, groove and depth change is repeated exactly — on one door or on twenty matching doors.
Millimetre Precision
Computer-controlled routing means perfectly symmetrical patterns and identical results across every door in your home.
True 3D Depth
Multi-pass carving cuts at varying depths, so the pattern catches light and casts real shadow — not a printed or embossed effect.
Any Design You Want
Send a photo, sketch or CAD file. We convert it into a CNC file and carve your exact motif — including temple, jaali and custom artwork.
PU Duco Finish
Paint flows evenly into every groove for a seamless matte, satin or high-gloss coat that highlights the carving instead of filling it.
Matching Wall Panels
The same design can be carved on wall panels, partitions, headboards and mandir units for a fully coordinated interior.
Consistent Repeats
Need eight doors for a project or a full floor of apartments? Every unit comes out identical — no variation between craftsmen.

3D CNC Carving Styles
Choose a pattern from our library or bring your own — every design can be scaled to your door size.
Geometric 3D Panels
Repeating diamond, chevron and pyramid forms carved at varying depths — bold, contemporary and the most requested CNC pattern.
Floral & Vine Carving
Flowing leaf, lotus and vine motifs cut in fine relief — a traditional look achieved with modern accuracy.
Jaali / Cut-Through
Fully perforated lattice work that lets light and air pass through — ideal for mandir doors, partitions and safety doors.
Mandir & Temple Doors
Om, swastik, bell, kalash and deity motifs carved in deep relief, usually finished in wood polish with gold highlights.
Fluted & Wave Grooves
Continuous vertical flutes or rippling wave grooves running the full door height — minimal, tactile and very current.
Custom Artwork
Your own design, logo, name plate or family motif — converted to a CNC file and carved on the door and matching panels.
Base Material
Choose Your Base & Finish
The base board decides how sharp the carving looks and how long it lasts. We help you pick the right one for the room.
| Base Material | Carving Detail | Best For | Recommended Finish |
|---|---|---|---|
| HDHMR | Sharpest, no chipping | Main doors, mandir doors, wet-adjacent areas | PU Duco paint / laminate |
| HDF | Very fine detail | Bedroom & internal doors, wall panels | PU Duco paint |
| MDF | Good detail, economical | Internal doors, budget projects | PU Duco paint |
| Solid Teak / Sheesham | Natural grain with carving | Premium main doors, temple doors | Melamine / PU wood polish |
| WPC | Moderate detail | Bathroom & balcony doors | PU paint / woodgrain laminate |

FAQs
Common Questions
3D CNC doors are doors whose surface is carved by a computer-controlled (CNC) router. The machine cuts a digital design into MDF, HDHMR or solid wood at varying depths, creating a raised three-dimensional pattern — geometric, floral, jaali or custom artwork — with millimetre-level accuracy that hand carving cannot repeat.
HDHMR and HDF give the sharpest, cleanest carving because they have no grain or voids, and they take PU paint and laminate beautifully. Solid teak or sheesham is used when a natural wood-grain carved look is required. MDF is the most economical option for internal doors.
Yes. Share any reference photo, sketch or CAD file and we convert it into a CNC-ready file. Custom motifs, temple designs, name plates, mandir doors and matching wall panels can all be carved to your exact size.
PU Duco paint (matte, satin or high gloss) is the most popular because it flows into every groove. We also offer wood-tone PU polish on solid wood carving, metallic and rose-gold highlights, two-tone finishes and antique patina effects.
Price depends on the base material, carving depth and density of the design, and the finish. Simple grooved patterns on MDF start at entry-level rates, while deep multi-layer carving on HDHMR with PU Duco paint sits in the premium range. Send us your sizes on WhatsApp for an exact quote.
Yes — 3D CNC carving is most often used on main doors and mandir doors, because the depth catches light and creates a strong first impression. For external main doors we recommend HDHMR or solid wood with a weather-resistant PU coat.
