FAQs

Common Questions

BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) plywood is manufactured using phenol formaldehyde resin which gives it resistance to boiling water exposure. It is the standard plywood used for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and furniture in India.

BWR (IS 303) plywood resists boiling water for a limited time. BWP (IS 710) Marine plywood is fully waterproof and can withstand prolonged water immersion. For dry indoor furniture, BWR is sufficient and more economical.

We stock CenturyPly BWR, Greenply BWR, Kitply, WoodPecker and other brands in 4mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12mm, 16mm, 18mm, 25mm thickness.
