Overview
About SPC Flooring
SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring has a rigid core made from natural limestone powder and PVC, topped with a high-definition décor film and a clear wear layer. The dense core makes it extremely stable — it does not swell with water or expand much with heat.
That makes SPC the go-to choice where wooden or laminate floors are risky: kitchens, ground floors, basements and commercial spaces with frequent mopping. It installs with a click-lock system and often comes with a pre-attached underlay.

FAQs
Common Questions
SPC stands for Stone Plastic Composite. It is a rigid-core vinyl floor made from limestone powder and PVC, with a printed décor layer and a protective wear layer on top. It looks like wood or stone but is waterproof and very stable.
Yes, the SPC core itself does not absorb water or swell, so it is ideal for kitchens and frequently mopped areas. It should not be used as a shower floor or in areas with standing water, since water can still seep under the floor through the edges.
Laminate has an HDF (wood-fibre) core that can swell if it gets wet. SPC has a stone-plastic core that is waterproof and more dent-resistant. Laminate feels slightly warmer and more like wood underfoot; SPC is the safer choice for wet-prone areas.
Yes, as long as the tiles are level, firmly bonded and the grout lines are not deep. We check the floor before installation and level low spots where needed.
Price depends on plank thickness, wear layer, whether an underlay is attached and the design. Send us your room sizes on WhatsApp for an exact per-sq-ft quote with installation.
