Wooden Flooring
The warmth of real timber underfoot. Choose from hard-wearing laminate, real-wood engineered planks or solid hardwood — in oak, walnut, teak and ash tones, plank or herringbone layouts.
Overview
About Wooden Flooring
Wooden flooring instantly makes a room feel warmer, quieter and more premium than tile or marble. Most wooden floors today are installed as a floating floor — click-lock planks laid over a foam underlay on your existing level floor, with no breaking or adhesive needed.
We help you pick the right construction for the room and budget: laminate for high-traffic, value-conscious spaces; engineered wood for a genuine timber surface; and solid hardwood for heirloom-grade floors that can be sanded and refinished over the years.

Wooden Flooring Types
Laminate Wooden Flooring
HDF core with a printed wood décor and a tough melamine wear layer. Available in 8mm, 10mm and 12mm with AC3–AC5 abrasion ratings.
Engineered Wood Flooring
A real hardwood top layer bonded over a stable plywood or HDF core — the look and feel of solid wood with far better dimensional stability.
Solid Hardwood Flooring
Single-piece planks of oak, teak or walnut. The most natural and long-lasting option — can be sanded and re-polished multiple times.
Herringbone & Chevron
Short planks laid in zig-zag or V patterns for a classic European parquet look. Available in laminate and engineered constructions.

FAQs
Common Questions
Laminate has a printed wood image on an HDF core and is more scratch-resistant and economical. Engineered flooring has a real hardwood top layer, so it looks and feels like genuine timber and can often be lightly refinished. Choose laminate for high traffic and value, engineered for an authentic wood floor.
Yes. Laminate and engineered floors are usually installed as a floating floor directly over existing tiles, marble or cement, as long as the surface is level and dry. An underlay is laid first for cushioning and sound reduction.
We do not recommend wooden or laminate flooring for bathrooms or areas with standing water. For kitchens and wet-prone areas, SPC flooring gives a similar wood look and is 100% waterproof.
A good-quality laminate floor lasts 15–25 years in a home. Engineered and solid wood can last several decades, especially since they can be sanded and refinished.
Price depends on construction (laminate, engineered or solid), thickness, wear rating and finish, plus underlay and skirting. Share your room sizes on WhatsApp and we will send an exact per-sq-ft quote including installation.
